Content operations

Move content from brief to approved release without losing the project story.

DenOps is planning a content workflow where objectives, source material, drafts, review, approvals, and release records stay attached to the project they serve.

Projects hold the brief and the decisions

Coordinate the work around an outcome—not a pile of drafts.

The intended workflow keeps audience, channel, source material, constraints, feedback, and release decisions together so every contributor can see what the content must accomplish.

01

Define the brief

Record the audience, objective, channels, source material, voice, constraints, and accountable owner inside the project.

02

Prepare candidate content

Develop copy and media as reviewable work products while preserving source context and unresolved questions.

03

Review and correct

Check accuracy, brand fit, accessibility, channel requirements, and customer feedback before anything is approved.

04

Release with authority

Keep approval and publishing as distinct, explicit steps with a customer-visible record of the final decision.

People approve what represents them

A draft is not permission to publish.

AI assistance may eventually help organize briefs, prepare candidates, compare revisions, and surface review questions. It must not invent brand authority, treat chat as approval, or silently release content to an external channel.

Consequential publishing requires an explicit, durable customer decision tied to the exact content and destination. If either changes, the approval must be reconsidered.

Understand the trust model →
Reviewable by design

Keep provenance, feedback, and release state visible.

These principles describe the content experience DenOps intends to build; they do not claim autonomous creation, scheduling, or publishing is operating today.

01

Source-aware drafts

Claims and creative direction should remain connected to customer-provided or otherwise authorized source material.

02

Visible revisions

Reviewers should be able to distinguish the candidate, requested corrections, and approved final version.

03

Bounded destinations

Any future channel connection must be explicitly authorized for the project and limited to the intended account and action.

04

Explicit release

Scheduling or publishing must use clear approval controls, never inference from conversational language or draft status.

Planned

Content operations are planned, not available today.

The public application does not currently submit content work to private Core or claim live generation, media production, scheduling, channel connections, or publishing. Those capabilities remain disabled unless customer-safe gateway capabilities are accepted, implemented, and proven available.
