That structure is designed to preserve context across handoffs and give customers a clear place to inspect what changed and what decision comes next.

Work is limited to customer-granted project resources and capabilities, never unrestricted systems or administrator control.
Customers receive useful status, test results, review outcomes, and decisions—not hidden reasoning, credentials, or private traces.
Candidate work is examined by a distinct review role and correction remains part of the engineering workflow.
A chat reply never authorizes a sensitive action. Release decisions require separate, durable Approve or Reject controls.
The public application does not currently send engineering work to private DenOps Core. That connection remains disabled until the customer-safe gateway contract, scoped authorization, review evidence, and approval protections are accepted and tested.
